Important: This workshop series is open exclusively to licensed estheticians, licensed cosmetologists, and students currently enrolled in an accredited beauty school.
The Lash Extension Mastery Series is a hands-on educational program designed to help beauty professionals improve their lash application skills, increase confidence, strengthen client retention, and grow a successful lash business.
Each workshop is a standalone 2-hour group training held from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM at ICEY Aesthetics on select Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Participants may register for individual workshops or attend all three levels for the complete learning experience.
Level 1: Lash Foundations
Perfect for students, beginner lash artists, or professionals looking to strengthen their fundamentals.
Topics include:
- Lash theory and eye safety
- Proper isolation techniques
- Adhesive basics and lash retention fundamentals
- Classic lash application
- Lash mapping fundamentals
- Styling different eye shapes
- Workspace setup and organization
- Common beginner mistakes and how to avoid them
Level 2: Technique, Troubleshooting & Efficiency
Designed for lash artists who are already servicing clients and want to improve consistency and results.
Topics include:
- Handmade fan creation
- Volume lash fundamentals
- Improving isolation speed and accuracy
- Lash retention troubleshooting
- Stickies and correction techniques
- Working with difficult natural lashes
- Fill appointments and maintenance strategies
- Time-saving techniques and workflow optimization
- Troubleshooting real client scenarios
Level 3: Lash Artist to Business Owner
For lash artists ready to elevate both their artistry and income.

- Pricing for profit
- Building a loyal clientele
- Increasing client retention and pre-booking
- Consultation and customer experience

Participants who complete all three workshops will receive an ICEY Aesthetics Lash Extension Mastery Certificate of Completion.
