Why am I required to fill out an intake form?
We ask that you complete a client intake form as preliminary paperwork to determine your best fit for our services. An intake form helps us streamline the client onboarding process and easily gather information from new clients.
Can I bring my children?
Due to the nature of services offered, and the environment we wish to maintain for our patrons, we ask that you please do not bring children into our space.
Is the salon LGBTQIA+ friendly?
Yes, of course! Icey Aesthetics proudly serves everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity & expression. Our salon is both LGBTQIA+ friendly, and a transgender safe space. We offer a single-occupancy all-gender restroom to patrons.
Where can I park?
Enjoy up to 4 hours of free parking with your appointment when you park in the Fort Duquesne & Sixth Garage, located at:
126 6th St, Pittsburgh PA 15222
Please bring your parking ticket with you to your appointment to be validated by an associate.
We are unable to validate parking for the InterPark or Riverfront Center Self-Park Garages, or in the event of a lost ticket.
Orders & Shipping
Where is my order?
After you've placed an order, you will first receive a confirmation email. Once the order is on its way to you, a second email will be sent with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. If you did not receive an email with your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder.
How long does shipping take?
Our priority is to get your product to you as soon as possible. Our small (but mighty) team processes all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. That means that your order will not be picked up by courier to start its way to you until 2-3 business days after you've placed your order. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00AM PST, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and major holidays.

Are your lashes vegan?
Each of our lashes are designed with synthetic fibers to maintain the look and feel of their namesakes- and surpass their quality. We are proud to offer 100% vegan, cruelty-free lash products.
How often does my client need a fill?
Natural lashes are constantly growing and shedding. Any lashes that do not shed naturally during a 7 to 8 week cycle should remain bonded to the natural lash (assuming proper aftercare has been used).
When lashes are isolated and applied properly, a client can expect to naturally shed up to 50% of the lashes within 2 to 3 weeks. This is when your client will need a fill. They should still have approximately 50% of their lash extensions still on.
