The basics
General
Where are you located?

How do I book an appointment?
All appointments are booked online. Same-week availability is limited - book 1-2 weeks ahead.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is required. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the 20% deposit put down for the appointment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are accepted upon availability.
What payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash.
Full Body Waxing
Smooth skin, head to toe.
How long should my hair be?
About a quarter inch - roughly two to three weeks of growth. We'll trim if needed.
Will it hurt?
There's a sensation, but our hard wax minimizes it. First-timers are often surprised by how manageable it is.
Can I work out after?
Wait 24 hours to avoid sweat and friction on freshly waxed skin.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Yes, with your doctor's go-ahead.
Lash Extensions
Lashes, made yours.
How long do they last?
A full set lasts 4-6 weeks with proper care. Fills every 2-3 weeks to stay fresh.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
Not when properly isolated and weighted - which is exactly how we apply them.
Can I wear makeup?
Yes - avoid oil-based products and waterproof mascara on the extensions.
What if I have sensitive eyes?
We offer sensitive adhesive options. Let us know during your consult.
Lash Lift
Your lashes, lifted.
How long does it last?
Typically 6-8 weeks, until your natural lash cycle completes.
Can I wear mascara?
Yes - wait 24 hours and use a water-based formula.
Will it work on short lashes?
Lashes need to wrap around the smallest shield. We'll assess at the consult.
Can I do this if I wear extensions?
Extensions need to be off first.
Brow Lamination
Fuller, fluffier brows.
How long does it last?
About 4-6 weeks, depending on skin type and aftercare.
Can it damage my brows?
Not when done with proper timing and conditioning.
Is there downtime?
Keep brows dry and product-free for 24 hours afterward.
How often can I rebook?
Space lamination 6-8 weeks apart to keep brows healthy.
