Booking
In order to secure an appointment, a credit or debit card must be placed on file- you will not be charged. Your balance will be due at the time of your scheduled appointment, and must be paid in person.
*Eyelash Clients*
Must retain 40% or more of previous set to qualify for a fill. Less than 40% retention will need to book a full set.
To ensure quality we do not fill over other technicians work. We ask that you book a removal and full set.
Squeeze-In Appointments
Squeeze in appointments are for dates/times that are not available on the site.
There will be an additional $30 fee for each squeeze-in appointment. These appointments can be made by contacting us directly.
Lateness
There is a 10 minute grace period. Arrival more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. If the client fails to arrive within 20 minutes of scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Cancellations
Same day cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the appointment and the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled provided a minimum of 24 hours prior to appointment for deposit to be transferable, Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the appointment and the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No Call, No Show
Clients who fail to arrive at an appointment, and who fail to provide notice (no call, no show) will be charged 50% of the service fee of service initially booked and will be blocked from scheduling future appointments.
Parking
Enjoy up to 4 hours of free parking with your appointment when you park in the Fort Duquesne & Sixth Garage, located at:
126 6th St, Pittsburgh PA 15222
Please bring your parking ticket with you to your appointment to be validated by
an associate.

Please check your email upon booking. We will provide you with everything you need to know regarding your appointment.
We strongly encourage you to pre book all appointment to ensure your desired date and time is available. Acceptable forms of payment include card or cash. We are no longer accepting CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal.
